Welcome to Vina, the mobile app that helps you track your contraceptive method and cycle (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Vina is a personal reminder and tracking tool. It lets you:
Vina is NOT a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. The App is a personal organization tool and its reminders are informational only. The effectiveness of your contraceptive method depends on your correct use, your healthcare professional's instructions, and other factors outside the App.
Vina does not guarantee the prevention of pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. For any medical question, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The App can be used anonymously. If you choose to link a Google account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials. You agree to use the App for personal purposes and not to attempt to access data from other users.
The App offers free features and, optionally, a paid subscription called Vina Premium that unlocks, among other things: ad-free experience, unlimited PDF export, widgets, and advanced predictions.
The applicable price is shown inside the App before you confirm the purchase and depends on your region and the currency of your App Store or Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not directly by Vina.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the store itself:
Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the period already paid for.
If your plan includes a free trial, you can use Vina Premium at no cost for the indicated period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the first installment will be automatically charged.
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Vina does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside those stores.
The App, its texts, images, designs, code, and brand are property of Vina or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No right other than personal use of the App is granted.
To the extent permitted by law, Vina will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, unwanted pregnancies, health issues, or decisions made based on information shown in the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms if functionality, plans, or legal obligations change. We will indicate substantial changes inside the App. Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. You may also delete all your data from Settings → "Delete my data". Deletion is irreversible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile when required by applicable consumer law.
